RWA.town is actively progressing through the UAE licensing framework: full Broker-Dealer documentation has been submitted to the Expression of Interest accepted by the DFSA Tokenisation Sandbox, securing dual-track oversight for future operations. In parallel, we are working with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) to align our on-chain registry model with the emirate’s real-estate digitisation strategy, ensuring seamless integration once approvals are granted.
